I began my real estate career in 2005, when I decided I was ready to settle down and purchase a home. I went to real estate school to educate myself about the buying process,because my first few trips out with local realtors yielded an amazing variety of results…”gently rolling” was sometimes too steep to walk, while “20 minutes to Asheville” usually meant almost an hour on curvy roads. I was determined to find out what reality the ads were based on. After getting my brokers license I worked in Madison County for Country Places Realty selling land. I especially enjoy helping clients find the right piece of land; whether it be beautiful mountain views for building a dream home or a small tract to realize their dream of farming, or those just seeking the solitude and fresh air of our mountains. I am keenly interested in helping preserve the integrity of our mountain land for future generations and enjoy helping buyers choose a piece of land to call their own.
